Service Description
If you want to increase your running and enter a 10km run, half-marathon, or marathon, this program is for you. You will train twice a week with 1hr sessions that emphasise running technique, speed, strength, flexibility, and endurance. This session is a small group session and is dependent on expressions of interest.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a pre-booked session, 24hrs notice must be given order to re-schedule session within three weeks of the cancelled session. If 24hrs notice is not received before scheduled session, the session is forfeited.
