Service Description

This activity is a fun, 1-hour exercise session using weights, cardio equipment, and Dyna bands. The session includes body warm-up, strength, and cardio-conditioning exercises, followed by a cool-down and stretches. The exercises are balanced in proportion to work train all muscle groups actively.
